We are pleased to offer $8 shipping to Adelaide metro delivery addresses along with Australia wide flat rate shipping for $12.  All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days, and sent with Australia Post.  

An email confirmation will be sent to you when your order is ready to send, advising you of the Australia Post consignment tracking number.

 

CLICK AND COLLECT

We are pleased to offer FREE pickup from our warehouse in St Agnes, Adelaide, SA.  If choosing to pick up, please ensure you make a note of the day you are collecting in the comments box prior to check out.

Pick Up orders are available Monday and Wednesday 9.30 am - 10.30 am & Saturday 8.30 - 9.30 am.

The pick up address is:

1/145 Tolley Road, St Agnes, Adelaide

** We are in the same warehouse as HOME ENERGY STORAGE" and "SCHOOL YEARS PHOTO FRAMES" - please look for their signage on the building.

EXCHANGE / REFUND POLICY

We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on Freeze Dried Candy due to health regulations. Please ensure that you check your selections prior to checking out.

Freeze Dried Candy is very delicate and does break easily.  All orders are packed very carefully to minimise the possibility of breakage during transit. Sweet Freeze Candy Co. is not responsible for any breakage that may occur during delivery.
